At Willow, the Reformer isn't an intimidating machine—it's your support system. We focus on low-impact, high-intensity movement that lengthens your muscles and resets your posture. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, we’ve stripped away the ego so you can focus on the form.

Time Blocks

Synced with your system.

You wouldn't drink an espresso at 10 PM, so why do a high-intensity 'Burn' class when your body is trying to wind down? We've designed our schedule around your circadian rhythm:

RISE & SHINE (6-11AM)

Gentle awakening & morning sculpt.

Before the world gets loud, we focus on waking up your joints and core. It's about a steady build of energy that carries you through your first meeting without the mid-morning crash.

POWER HOUR (11-1PM)

Peak energy boost & strength.

Your body temperature and focus naturally peak at midday. We lean into that strength with high-energy sessions that challenge your limits and build explosive power.

5 A SWEAT (5-7PM)

Endorphin release & work-day detox.

This is our version of happy hour. It's about shaking off the office stress, sweating out the 'to-do' list, and hitting the endorphin button so you can actually enjoy your evening.

THE COMEDOWN (7-9PM)

Stress release & sleep prep.

Your nervous system is ready to chill. We focus on slow, intentional movements and deep releases that tell your brain it's safe to stop 'doing' and start 'being.' Your best night's sleep starts here.

FOUNDATIONS

Master the machine. Focus on form and stability.

Mindful, stable, and empowering. If you're new to the Reformer, coming back from an injury, or simply want to “deep clean” your technique, this is your home. Don't rush out of Foundation! Even our pros come back here to reconnect with the basics.

PROGRESSION

Find your flow. Increased tempo, coordination, and heat.

Fluid, challenging, and energetic. You know your “Red Spring” from your “Blue Spring,” and you can transition between moves without needing to peek at your neighbor. You're ready for more “flow” and less “instruction.” This is the “sweet spot” for most of our community. It's the perfect balance of a great workout and a manageable challenge.

PERFORMANCE

Reach your peak. Advanced sequences and high intensity.

Athletic, intense, and high-focus. You've been a regular for a while (usually 20+ classes) and your mind-muscle connection is dialed in. You're ready for advanced choreography, minimal breaks, and a serious test of your balance and strength. Listen to your body! Some days you're a Performance powerhouse; some days you're a Foundation queen.
