The Mat Studio is our sanctuary for everything that doesn't require a machine. We believe the most powerful tool you have is your own body, and here, we give you the space to use it.

From the high-energy pulse of Barre to the grounding depths of Yoga, we’ve curated a movement menu that treats your mental health and physical strength as one and the same. No ego, few mirrors—just you, your mat, and a community that has your back.

Time Blocks

Synced with your system.

In the Mat Studio, we use the room's energy to match your internal clock. We move in rhythm with your biology to ensure you're never over-taxing your system when it needs a break.

Rise & Shine (6-11AM)

Morning Mobility & Mat Pilates.

Before the day gets hectic, we focus on 'unsticking' the body. Think intentional Mat Pilates and mobility work that wakes up your stabilizers and clears the mental fog.

Power Hour (11-1PM)

Peak Strength & Dynamic Flow.

Your body is primed for a challenge at midday. We lean into your natural energy peak with our most powerful Barre and Yoga sessions—the perfect way to break up the workday.

5 a Sweat (5-7PM)

Barre, Cardio & High-Energy Heat.

Shake off the 9-to-5. This is our time to turn up the music and let the endorphins take over. It's high-energy, high-reward movement designed to detox your stress and reset your mood.

The Comedown (7-9PM)

Restorative & Reset.

The world is winding down, and so are we. We swap the sweat for the soul, using deep stretches and restorative flows to signal to your nervous system that it's officially time to rest.
