The journey back to center.
Once you’ve been cleared by your doctor, this class is here to help you reconnect with your body. We focus on gently rebuilding the pelvic floor, closing the diastasis recti, and strengthening the muscles needed for "mom-life" (hello, carrying car seats!). It’s a safe, slow-paced environment where you can prioritize yourself for 50 minutes. Note: Feel free to bring your baby along!
