The burn you love.
We’re taking the best of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to give you a full-body workout that hits different. Using the barre as your anchor, we use light weights, bands, and high reps to target those tricky spots that traditional workouts miss. It’s 55 minutes of pure, focused energy designed to make you stand a little taller and feel a lot stronger. The "burn" means it’s working. See you at the barre!
