PURCHASE POLICY

This Policy applies to all services, classes, memberships, packages, gift certificates, and retail products purchased through any of our sales channels, including in-person, via telephone, or through our website.

• Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced without proof of purchase
• The value of the gift certificate includes applicable taxes

• Defective products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted at the Centre and on our website. The revised Policy will apply to all purchases made after the posting date.

15. QUEBEC CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

This Policy is subject to the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws. In case of conflict between this Policy and applicable consumer protection laws, the laws shall prevail.

16. LANGUAGE

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
