Overview
Part of the Reformer For Teens Program
This special class introduces participants to fundamental Reformer skills and techniques, with each session building progressively on the last.
Teens and moms can expect a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment where each participant is encouraged to pursue their personal wellness goals.
Moms must be accompanied by a teen. Teens may attend on their own.
