I fell in love with Reformer Pilates for the way it strengthens the body while calming the mind. It’s a practice that supports everyone—whether you're looking to build strength, recover from injury, improve posture, or simply reconnect with your breath. With over 12 years of experience as a synchronized swimmer, movement has always been a big part of my life. That foundation, combined with my deep interest in health and wellness, led me to explore a more holistic path. As a Natural Health Practitioner currently completing my certification as a Naturopath, I’m deeply committed to a whole-body approach to well-being—supporting others in feeling strong, balanced, and connected from the inside out.
