Take your Pilates practice to the next level with a more challenging reformer class that builds upon foundational principles to develop increased strength, coordination, and movement sophistication. Designed for students with solid reformer experience, this class introduces more complex exercises, varied spring tensions, and dynamic movement patterns that demand greater control and precision. During each 55-minute session, you’ll work with heavier spring loads and lighter resistances to develop both power and finesse, while exploring exercises that challenge multiple planes of movement simultaneously. This class demands strong foundational technique and body awareness. The pace is more dynamic than beginner classes, with less detailed instruction and more focus on refining technique and building endurance through longer, more complex sequences. Perfect for those with consistent reformer experience, comfortable with fundamental exercises, and anyone ready to challenge their strength, coordination, and movement precision. Prerequisites: Fundamentals class or equivalent reformer experience and ability to perform basic exercises with proper form. Level 2 - Intermediate Grip socks are mandatory
