If you struggle with vertigo, dizziness, or inner-ear issues, the Reformer can sometimes feel intimidating. This class changes that. We keep the carriage movements slow, avoid sudden head-position changes, and focus on grounded exercises that keep you feeling stable and secure. It’s Pilates at your pace—no rushes, no spins, just steady strength. Dim lighting and low music to help with sensory processing.
