We’re taking the best of Mat Pilates and slowing it down into a fluid, rhythmic flow.This specialized session is designed to help you decompress. We focus on continuous, flowing movement that feels like a deep massage for your muscles. You’ll still get that signature Pilates core work, but we prioritize mobility and breath to help melt away the day's tension.
